Eucalyptus gomphocephala or Tuart Gum is a medium to tall tree with drooping foliage (20m-40m by 7m). Variable in size & habit. Showy flowers. Hardy shade tree, suitable for coastal plantings. An excellent honey producer. The timber was used in the past for bridge supports, stern posts and other specialized uses.
